That time of year

So it is the beginning of a new year, time to declutter, lose weight, make promises to do all those things you always promise each new year. Well instead of resolutions I'm thinking goals or new habits would be good. I found this new site from a favorite blog of mine, http://zenhabits.net, http://6changes.com/. What do you think?
