Wordless Wednesday

Not ready to share my abc pages yet so I did a quick page of the boys' baby pics. I am so blessed that they are happy, healthy 33 month olds. I still wrry that there is a little language delay but for being preemies and spending 2 weeks in the NICU they are doing soooo well.

This week is an F week in a good way. I am so thankful for faith, family, friends, food and free this week.

• I have felt the power of mustard grain faith this week

He said to them: "Because of YOUR little faith. For truly I say to YOU, If YOU have faith the size of a mustard grain, YOU will say to this mountain, ‘Transfer from here to there,’ and it will transfer, and nothing will be impossible for YOU."

• Had an awesome anniversary dinner with hubby and DD is being a cutie this week. Love my family.
• Got to chat online and on the phone with my long time friend Carol who I was sooooo missing
• I have food, maybe not 5 star food but more than enough and truely yummy when it is my hubby's cooking : )

What's Your Happiness Wednesdays

This week I have been thinking of all the little things I take for granted living in this time and in this place.

• electricity
• running water
• hot water
• inside toilet
• comfortable clothes
• telephone

• digital cameras
• digital scrapbooking
• microwave
• 2 words : washing machine : )
• the Delta breeze , it hasn't topped 90 for weeks : )
• tv, even though I watch too much : )
• tivo, the main reason I watch so much tv
• supermarkets

So many time saving, life improving things that not everyone has

What's Your Happiness Wedsday #8

OK I have had a lot of happiness' since my last What's your Happiness but if you read the roundup for last month you will see my excuse for being a bad blogger : )

In an effort to get make on track here are my Wednesday happiness':

• Tickling fest with Elisa. I just love to hear her laugh
• Scrapbooking, actually spent some time working on some pages just for me and Elisa helped : )
• Clean sink: we don't have a dishwasher at our new place and I actually caught up on the dishes today. Of course this was after the faucet broke and the landlord ended up replacing half the piping under the sink at the beginning of the week
• Beautiful weather. We also don't have AC in our new place so Jehovah has blessed us with His AC and sunny skies
• Found out we have the prettiest pink flowers growing in the backyard
• Sleep. only one more week of sleeping in before school starts

What's Your Happiness Wedsday #7

This has been a very hard week with work and moving but happy times have been had

• Returned the desk we got a few months ago for a new desk that fits the new place better. So happy we had Staples' furniture plan
• Washer and dryer seem to work better at the new place, especially the dryer
• Mom and Dad took Elisa for the weekend so we could move and clean some more
• Elisa calls the new place her" Favorite Home"

Those are the highlights of the week

So I missed a week as we had to drive to Oregon but have had many happinesses. Most day to day things like good weather, Elisa being funny, but a few new ones.

• 29 days of school left
• was good seeing family in Oregon
• was able to scrapbook a little
• did I mention there are less than 30 days left of school? : )

• Running hot water- a simple thing to most of us but a hot shower is SOOOO AWESOME!
• Elisa has been in story telling mode lately, so cute

• Saw a humming bird in the courtyard at work yesterday, sooo pretty
• Reading a good book - I have been sick all week and a good book makes getting rest so much easier

What's Your Happiness Wedsday #2

Crazy week befor Spring Break but a good week of happiness'

• Elisa went potty by herself many times this week
• Short work week of 4 days
• Co worker gave be a bunch of beautiful iris plants. They are cuttings from her grandparents, over 100 years old! So cool
• New episode of Jack's Big Music Show . Always makes us happy
• Got taxes done and we are getting a nice refund, so happy : )
• Biggest blessing of the week was celebrating the greatest gift, the sacrifice of Jesus Christ for us all. We celebrate based on the Jewish calendar so services were on Monday this year. We had a wonderful talk and went out to Olive Garden with a large group after. If you would like to find out more about my faith you can click here.

So today I will start posting based on some monthly, weekly and day's of the week themes. Hopefully starting mid week, before the start of the month will help get me going : )

First up: Wednesdays are What's Your Happiness Day

Often by the middle of the week I, like a lot of people, am dreaming of the weekend and not the most pleasant person. Ali Edwards use to have a section of her blog just for posting daily happiness' so I thought that would be a great focus for this hard day of the week. Each Wednesday I will share my happiness', things that have made me happy, that day or week. Why not join me?

March 28th Happiness'

• Elisa's giggle- we had the best tickle fight yesterday and laughed for almost an hour
• Chi tea- Hubby bought me some chi tea at Starbucks last month (see my RoundUp) and found some tea bags at Costco. Yummy flavor to drink as we cuddle after work
• Sunshine- Though windy we have had some beautiful sunny days this week
• Sand- Elisa is having a blast now that it is getting warm enough to play in her sand box
• New Kingdom Hall- the Pittsburg Kingdom Hall was dedicated on Saturday with a wonderful talk by a Bethal brother. Here is an outside photo

• The Moon- Another happiness from Elisa. If we are out at night she has started saying, "Here Moony, Moony, Moony! Where are you?" until she finds the moon and says hello
• New laptop and external hard drive - Got a new laptop for work and hubby bought me an external hard drive with his Staple's Cash. I love that I can organize and back up all my photos and digi kits now.
• Many more but those are the highlights. I feel happier already : )

Not only is it great to remember our blessings each day but it makes for quick scrapbook journally

So here's my Saturday Happiness List

· Daughter’s laugh – At 28 months old my daughter is a giggly girl.. We knew she would be from birth ( the first breath she took was to laugh, the nurse had to make her cry a few minutes later to clear her lungs) Today she just though playing with the hose as it filled her kiddie pool was the funniest thing

· Running water – Playing with the hose, drinking cool water with fresh ice, not everyone in the world or even in this town has these things. My daughter and I had so much fun practicing our swimming in her new pool.

· Family – Getting ready to visit my father’s side of the family in Oregon this week. As I started packing today I thought about how fun it is going to be to go on this trip with my parents and sister, crowded but fun

· The Kingdom – Visited the site for the new Kingdom Hall here in town. It is going to be so nice to be able to meet as a congregation in town. Our current hall is a 10-15 minute drive to the town of Bay Point. Everyone is working on clearing the land and building the fencing.
